Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and Minimum Age

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what is permitted and prohibited when using Mybuh. It forms part of the Terms & Conditions and applies to all content uploaded, generated, or shared on the platform.

Mybuh is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or older. Registration and use by minors are prohibited. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, generate, store, or share content that is:

a) sexually explicit, adult, pornographic, or NSFW;

b) involving, depicting, or sexualizing minors in any way, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which will be reported to the competent authorities;

c) reproducing the image, voice, or likeness of a real person without consent, including deepfakes and misleading content;

d) hate speech, discrimination, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence;

e) defamatory, libelous, or infringing the privacy of others;

f) infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights without authorization;

g) illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or constituting spam;

h) circumventing the platform’s technical, security, or billing limits.

3. Moderation and Enforcement

We review reports of content that violates this AUP and may, at our discretion, refuse, remove, or block generations and suspend access at any time.

Review is not exhaustive and does not guarantee the absence of inappropriate content. You are fully responsible for the material you submit and for how you use the generations.

4. Reporting

To report content or behavior that violates this AUP, email contato.iautomatizar@gmail.com with the description, URL or identifier of the content, and evidence if possible.

We review reports on a priority basis, especially cases involving minors, threats, or violence.

5. Cooperation with Appmax and Payment Network Rules

Purchases are processed by Appmax, our payment processor. We cooperate with Appmax and with payment network rules to enforce this AUP and to combat prohibited content and transactions.

Violations may lead to transaction cancellations, refunds, and reporting to acquirers and competent authorities.

6. Sanctions

Failure to comply with this AUP may result in a warning, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination without refund, in addition to revocation of credits obtained or used in violation.

We reserve the right to take applicable legal measures and to cooperate with authorities.

7. Changes and Contact

We may update this AUP at any time. The current version is always published at /acceptable-use, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
